Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed how she is detoxing shortly before her 50th birthday. The star is known for her healthy lifestyle, and she showed how she starts her day with a healthy drink.
''I recently did the G.Tox 7-Day Reset, so I thought it would be fun to do a photo dump (is that what the kids call it?) of a day on the kit. If you’re looking for a reset, I couldn’t recommend this one more. It’s all about nourishment, eating real, delicious food, and taking time to slow down,'' she wrote.
In the video, the actress does not look happy or active, and it seems that she does not really like the drink she drinks.
