Amber Heard's 'assistant' kicked out of court
The testimony of Eve Barlow, who is a friend of Johnny Depp's wife, was removed from the protocol.
"Assistant" and "consultant" from Amber Heard was expelled from the courtroom of Johnny Depp. The testimony of Eve Barlow, who is also a close friend of Amber, was excluded from the record.
According to Page Six, Barlow was in the front row in court. Sitting there, she wrote live tweets and text messages. Presumably, Eve was on Heard's legal team and also tried to intervene in the trial.
"She was tweeting live from my courtroom… and I know the deputies took her out because she was texting. That’s against the court order. Ms. Barlow is not coming back into the courtroom during this trial," the judge explained.
