Now for sure: 'Breaking Bad' main cast to appear on 'Better Call Saul' season 6
Better Call Saul co-creator Peter Gould has hinted that Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul's characters will appear in the sixth season. Its premiere started yesterday, April 18, on AMC.
Earlier, Peter Gould and Vince Gilligan hinted that Jesse and Mr. White would reappear on the screens, but many thought that this was just a promo for the sixth season. Gould told The Hollywood Reporter that this would not be a triumphant return of the characters.
He believes that Better Call Saul is the story of Jimmy McGill, exactly HIS story, but not flirting with the public with characters from the series, which was at the peak of popularity 7 years ago. Jessie and Mr. White were only needed for Jimmy's story.
"Personally, I would find it frustrating to see a character I loved from the past just kinda thrown in there or passing by in the background," he explained.
