‘I’m not some maniac’: Johnny Depp at court denies he abused Amber Heard
The actor also said he is not a drug addict.
Johnny Depp testifies that alleged abuse of Amber Heard had never happened. During defamation trial he said he’d never struck any woman. The actor claimed this court destroyed his career.
"It’s very strange when one day you’re Cinderella, so to speak, and then in 0.6 seconds you’re Quasimodo," he said.
The star also denied his drug addiction. He explained he was dependent on Roxicodone, a painkiller.
"I’m not some maniac who needs to be high or loaded all the time," Johnny Depp said according to The Guardian.
