Katy Perry reacted violently when an American Idol contestant sang a track by her ex-boyfriend John Mayer, writes USM. The 37-year-old singer literally fell from the judge's chair under the table during the incident, when her colleagues laughed at her.
"Who's going to pay for my extra hour of therapy?" she joked.
By the way, judge Luke Bryan chose this song for 20-year-old Thompson. He thinks it's a great song and the contestant was able to pull it off despite Katy Perry's reaction.
