Dave Chappelle said that he managed to talk to the man who attacked him during the performance. The comedian figured out the reason why a man named Isaiah Lee jumped onto the stage, writes TMZ.
Chappelle explained that the police allowed him to ask Lee a few questions. The attacker said he wanted to draw attention to his grandmother, who was forced to leave her area due to gentrification.
Dave also joked to Chris Rock that he was attacked by "a homeless guy with leaves in his hair", while Chris got slapped at least by someone with a good reputation.
