Will Young told how he cared for his sick twin brother, who committed suicide for many years. He admitted that he had to clean up Rupert's urine and vomit before buying him beer and painkillers again.
For decades, Rupert has struggled with his mental health, including depression and post-traumatic stress disorder, and has attempted suicide several times.
The Pop Idol winner shared Rupert's story in a documentary airing on Channel 4 on Tuesday, informs the Daily Mail.
