Austin St. John was arrested during an FBI raid.
Austin St. John, who played the Red in Mighty Rangers on the iconic '90s television series, faces up to 20 years in prison. His home was searched by the FBI and he has now been arrested in a major federal criminal case.
According to one of the actor's neighbors, 15 FBI agents in tactical gear drove up to his house early in the morning and soon led him out in handcuffs. It turns out he was accused of fraud.
According to authorities, St. John was part of a scheme to defraud the Small Business Administration's Wage Protection Program, which was designed to help small businesses affected by COVID. He received $3.5 million in loans, which he embezzled for his own use, TMZ writes.
