Cardi B says she wants to discuss politics with fans, but not in her songs
Cardi B has revealed that she is willing to share her political beliefs with fans. She doesn't put political context into her music, but she wants to talk about politics outside of performing - for example, on her social media accounts.
The singer explained that she feels as responsible for her silence as she does for her statements, People writes.
"I don't really put a lot of political things in my music, but I use the f***** out of my platform. I feel like I have a responsibility to also share to them like, 'Hey, while you're here and you're checking my outfit and checking my music, check out what's going on over here in this part of the world,'" Cardi added.
