Judge dismisses ex-assistant lawsuit against Marilyn Manson
The musician is still facing suits from three women.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge dismissed a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson. His former assistant Ashley Walters accused the musician in sexual abuse in 2010 and 2011.
However, her incidents surpassed the state of California’s two-year statute of limitations. Still the singer is facing suits from three women, Billboard reported.
