'The band want to stay together': The Rolling Stones return to the scene after losing Charlie Watts
The Rolling Stones have shown that they have recovered from the loss of Charlie Watts. After a huge hiatus, also related to the Covid pandemic, they continued their concert activity and performed in Madrid for the first time in almost two years.
During the performance, Mick Jagger and the other band members honored Charlie with touching words. They performed the first songs under the video footage of their late drummer. They also congratulated their guitarist Ronnie Wood on his 75th birthday.
Keith Richards said life goes on, and it's too interesting to die.
"I think the most important thing is that the people in the band want to stay together. That helps!" he told The Sun.
