Brad Pitt and ex-fiancée Gwyneth Paltrow are still feel love for each other
In a new interview to Gwyneth Paltrow the actors and exes discussed their relations in the past and today.
Paltrow, 49, brought up the topic of her late father Bruce, who died in 2002, approving of Brad Pitt and being excited to have him as a son-in-law — "though we didn't get married, unfortunately," she told Pitt, 58.
"Right," he said with a laugh. "Oh man, everything works out, doesn't it?"
"Yes, it does. I finally found the Brad I was supposed to marry. It just took me 20 years," joked Paltrow, who wed producer Brad Falchuk in September 2018.
Pitt added, "And it's lovely to have you as a friend now," to which the actress agreed, "It is."
"And I do love you," said Pitt, according to PEOPLE. Paltrow responded, "I love you so much."
