Andy Dick arrested for felony sexual battery
Dick is being held on $25,000 bail.
Actor and comedian Andy Dick was arrested in Orange County, California, for felony sexual battery on Wednesday.
A man contacted police on Wednesday saying he had been sexually assaulted by the actor. He was sent to the hospital for examination. The alleged victim has not been named.
The moment the comedian was arrested appeared to be livestreamed via a YouTube, which at that moment was hosted by Dick.
Dick has previously been accused of inappropriate behavior. In 2018, Dick was charged with one count sexual battery and one count simple battery, The Rolling Stone informs.
