Ashley Greene says the studio was against Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart dating
The filmmakers were afraid that the stars would quarrel and not be able to work together.
"Twilight" star Ashley Greene said the studio was against a real-life romance between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. In their opinion, this could jeopardize the entire franchise.
The producers were worried that if the two started dating and then had a fight, they wouldn't be able to portray the "chemistry" between them, writes Insider.
"So I kind of get that. But at the same time, you're put in these situations where it's an epic love story and it's difficult not to catch feelings in those situations," Ashley added.
