BTS take a year break after 9-year success to launch solo career
The members of the iconic K-pop group will need time to do so.
BTS have taken an official break from their incredibly successful nine-year career. The members of the most famous K-pop group in the world are planning to start solo projects.
Apparently, fans of the Korean group expect seven new solo projects at once, because each of the BTS members believes that he can perform separately from the group. However, they do not expect a quick success, as they do not want to simply take advantage of the popularity of BTS.
"We're trying to find our identity and that's an exhausting and long process," Insider quoted Jimin as saying.
