Chris Evans opens up about his weight loss after his role as Captain America
Leaving the role has not only changed Evans physically.
Chris Evans says leaving his legendary role as Captain America has been “a literal weight off” his shoulders.
“I’ve shed like 15 pounds. Every time people see me they’re like, ‘You ok? You lost a little bit of weight,’” the actor, 41, told Yahoo Entertainment while promoting his new movie Lightyear.
He opens up that he “hasn’t had to hit the gym as hard” since his last performance as the iconic character in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.
