Doctor Who and The Sculptress star Ann Davies dies at 87
The cause of death of the actress is not called.
The wife of actor Richard Briers (died 2013) Ann Davies passed away yesterday at the age of 87. The couple have been married for over 50 years, and starred together in the films Peter’s Friends (1992) and Bleak Midwinter (1995).
The death of the actress was reported by her agent Barry Langford. Barry has worked with Ann for 34 years, writes Metro.
"Ann Davies passed away yesterday. A superb actress with TV credits including Doctor Who and The Sculptress, Ann was devoted to her beloved late husband Richard Briers and their daughters Lucy and Kate," said Barry.
