Loose Women star Judi Love has admitted that she loves to get naked in front of the mirror and embrace herself. The 41-year-old TV host has learned over the years to accept her body and now feels liberated.
"Exercising" in front of the mirror helps boost self-confidence and stop comparing herself to other women.
"It's about honestly standing in front of that mirror naked and just embracing yourself, feeling your body, grabbing that thigh, grabbing your tummy, grabbing your boobs," she told Closer.
