Hailey Bieber is being sued because the name of her new skincare line Rhode is not the original name. The source reports that the plaintiff is the clothing brand Rhode NYC.
The clothing manufacturer is accusing Hayley of trademark infringement. Apparently, the model and Justin Bieber's wife have a lot of work to do and a lot of expenses to avoid letting all the hard work she has done to create this skincare product go to waste.
Additionally, insiders say Haley tried to buy back the rights to the clothing brand, but Rhode NYC refused to do so, TMZ writes.
