'I'm so fat, I'm so undesirable': Sophie Turner admits she suffered from eating disorder

Sophie Turner admitted that she suffered from a serious eating disorder. She even had to turn to a "live-in therapist" - a person who monitors nutrition and unhealthy eating habits in real time.
The Game of Thrones star said that social media caused a lot of the upset. She compared herself to others, and also took comments under the photo too close to her heart.
"One night, I was playing over and over in my mind a comment I'd seen on social media. I was like, 'I'm so fat, I'm so undesirable,' and spinning out," she said to Elle.
Fortunately, the therapist found the right arguments to help the actress overcome the disorder.
