Jamie Chung was afraid that pregnancy and childbirth would ruin her career, so she used a surrogate
But now the actress is a happy mother of twin sons.
Jamie Chung admitted that she used a surrogate because she was afraid pregnancy and childbirth would ruin her career. She didn't want to put her life on hold for two years or longer.
At the same time, she really wanted children, but she wasn't ready to carry them.
"I was terrified of becoming pregnant. I was terrified of putting my life on hold for two-plus years. In my industry, it feels like you're easily forgotten if you don't work within the next month of your last job. Things are so quickly paced in what we do," Jamie is quoted as saying by Page Six.
