Johnny Depp's attorney Benjamin Chew revealed Amber Heard might not pay $10.35 million debt — after the actress’ lawyer said she has no money. The actor can forgive the damages, but under one condition.

The winner of the trial wanted Amber Heard not to appeal. They could come to a settlement agreement until June 24, Insider reported.
