Johnny Depp claims that Amber Heard got the role in Aquaman thanks to him. The 58-year-old actor told the court that he called movie studio producers and asked them not to worry about Amber (and possibly her reputation).
"I made a phone call and I spoke to three upper-echelon Warner Bros. executives ... and I told them ... I can only say that she ultimately did get the job in the film. I suppose I curbed their worries to some extent," testified Depp.
In response, Heard said that all this is not true, and the role she got by casting, as it usually happens, writes People.
