Judge denies Johnny Depp's motion to dismiss counterclaim from Amber Heard
The actor's lawyers insisted that the $100m lawsuit is inherently untenable.

A judge denied a motion by Johnny Depp's lawyers to dismiss Amber Heard's counterclaim. Heard is seeking $100 million, claiming Depp discredited her by calling her allegations of domestic violence as "fake" and "hoax."
