It comes as Heard took to the stand this week after the judge denied her team's attempt to have the case dismissed.
The judge has ordered a reprieve until May 16 in the case of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. This happened after Heard spoke on after the judge refused her team's request to close the case.
Johnny's team completed their evidence, Heard's team asked to close the case.
Judge Penny Azkarate said she had rejected the motion to dismiss the case in two parts, but she would heed the advice in the third part. After that, she appointed a postponement for a week, per Mirror.
