Kevin Spacey to star in ‘1242 – Gateway To The West’
Principal photography will begin in October 2022 in Hungary and Mongolia.
Kevin Spacey got the main role in the historical drama 1242 — ExittotheWest. The actor can be seen again in the cinema after several people accused him of sexual harassment in 2017.
The film will tell about the Mongolian commander Batu. Kevin Spacey will play an Italian cardinal who arrives in Hungary at the moment when the grandson of Genghis Khan is preparing for an attack to open the way for an invasion of Europe.
Filming will begin in October 2022 in Hungary and Mongolia. In addition to Spacey, Eric Roberts and Christopher Lambert will also star in the film, Deadline reports.
