68-year-old Kim Basinger during her appearance alongside daughter Ireland Baldwin on Red Table Talk told how her famous ex-husband Alec Baldwin coped with the mental health problems of their only child. She condemned her ex and said he was not always "emotionally and mentally available" to discuss such difficult topics, per Hollywoodlife.
''I don’t think Alec was emotionally or mentally available for that kind of talk. Alec, you know, operates in a very different way in his life,'' she said.
She also added, ''He’s a challenge. We’ve had our challenges.''
