Lawyer for Johnny Depp called Amber Heard a liar and accused her of ruining her husband's career
Apparently, the actor's divorce case will be outstanding.
Johnny Depp's lawyer Benjamin Chew said Amber Heard is a liar. In his opinion, she slandered her husband and falsely accused him of violence, thereby destroying the actor's career, writes Insider.
"When, like Mr. Depp, your career depends on your image and your reputation, or whether movie producers want their movie associated with you, that can be particularly harmful," Chu said in court.
Chew also added that Hurd did all this for the sake of her own career - she played victim just at the time of the release of Aquaman, in which she starred.
