Everyone has heard his music at least once.

Legendary Hollywood movie composer, Vangelis, has died. He made such a hits like Chariots of Fire,Blade Runner, Bitter Moon, Alexander.

A representative for Vangelis confirmed he died at a hospital in France, where he was being treated for an illness. The diagnosis he was fighting wasn’t said.

His fame rose up in 1981 with soundtrack Chariots of the Fire. The soundtrack reached #1 on Billboard charts and remarkably, he ended up winning an Oscar for Best Original Score. He also wrote soundtrack to Ridley Scott's 1982 film Blade Runner, TMZ says.
