Madonna defends her NFT with nudity: ‘I’m giving birth to art’
The singer explained the meaning of her new project after critical comments.
Madonna, 63, shocked her fans as she presented her new NFT project. She collaborated with the nonfungible token artist Beeple to make some graphics with nude copy of the singer.
The NFT collection include a celebrity’s figure, who was giving birth to trees and insects. Also there was 3D model of her vagina. It collapsed a massive scandal. Madonna tried to defend her art.
"I’m doing what women have been doing since the beginning of time, which is giving birth. But on a more existential level, I’m giving birth to art and creativity and we would be lost without both," she said according to NYP.
