Mike Tyson will not be punished for attacking an obsessive fan on a plane
His victim refused to press charges against the boxer.
Mike Tyson will not be prosecuted for recently beating up a pushy fan on a plane. The boxer hit the young man on the head several times after the man tried to take a selfie with Tyson and threw a bottle at him.
The San Mateo County District Attorney said that Tyson and his victim spoke and both requested that the case be dismissed. No charges were filed by the fan. In addition, he does not even face an administrative fine.
By the way, the victim's lawyer claimed that the man did not throw a water bottle at Mike, TMZ informs. However, it doesn't matter now.
