NeNe Leakes was accused of destroying one's marriage and sued her
The plaintiff is the wife of NeNe's boyfriend.
NeNe Leakes is being sued by her current boyfriend's wife, Nyonisela Sioh, who claims the RHOA star ruined her marriage. The woman, named Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, claims that Leakes and Sioh began dating when he was still Tehmeh-Sioh's legal husband.
The woman charges in court documents that NeNe did not even hide her relationship with her husband, often posting photos of them together on social media. This caused Sioh's wife a great deal of stress and humiliation.
Malomine is seeking $100,000 in moral damages from Leakes for ruining her marriage. In North Carolina, this is a valid and legitimate reason to sue, People writes.
