Doctor Who star Mandip Gill reveals details of the new season of the cult series. She hinted that her character Yasmin Khan's romance with the Time Lord will be addressed in Legend Of The Sea Devils special.

Earlier in one of the episodes, the character Mandip Gill had already confessed her feelings to Doctor Who, but this topic was not continued. Now the actress has confirmed that the topic of this relationship will be developed.

She revealed details of the new season on the Radio Times: "Yes. That's where I think the heart is [of the special], the understanding, the emotion that Chris [Chibnall] is so good at writing!''
