Ozzy Osbourne, 73, returned home from a Los Angeles hospital. He spent there a day after undergoing surgery to remove and realign pins in his neck and back.

He was wheeled out on wheelchair into a black Range Rover. His wife Sharon picked him up with their daughter Kelly, Page Six reported.
