Prince Andrew planned to return to public life. He asked the Queen to return his patronages and his HRH title. Also the disgraced Duke hoped to appear at Royal Ascot, but Prince Charles and William banned him.
They had talk with the Queen. Her Majesty decided that Prince Andrew should be in low-profile after his sex scandal, The Sun reported.
