Almost immediately after returning from London to the US, Prince Harry is preparing for a new legal battle.

After celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, Harry decided to pursue a defamation suit against the newspaper's publisher.

Harry is suing Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL), the publisher of the Mail on Sunday, after the newspaper published an article following Harry's separate High Court hearing over his security measures while in the UK, HELLO! says.

In his written claim filed with the court, Harry said the piece had allegedly caused him "substantial hurt, embarrassment and distress which is continuing".
