The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have paid tribute to the victims of Manchester's 2017 terrorist attack. They laid flowers at the memorial Glade of Light, which is located next to the city cathedral.

Prince William and Kate Middleton also met with memorial designer Andy Thomson and Manchester City Council Executive Director Joanne Roney.

The terrorist attack occurred on May 22, 2017 during an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena. Then 22 people were killed and 116 more were injured, per Harpersbazaar.
