Queen will open the Platinum Jubilee concert to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Her Majesty's reign. The concert will also feature Sir Elton John, Sir Rod Stewart, George Ezra, Duran Duran, Craig David and Eurovision hero Sam Ryder.
The band's guitarist Brian May revealed this on his social networks. Notably, 20 years ago, Queen already performed on the roof of Buckingham Palace to celebrate the Queen's 50th anniversary and performed the national anthem.
"Twenty years after playing the Queen's glorious Golden Jubilee we're very happy to be invited again. Then there was a moment when I wondered... after Buckingham Palace roof where can you go? Well... you will see!" wrote May.
