The rapper was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.

Roddy Ricch was unable to perform on stage at the Governor's Ball in New York City. Instead of a great party, the rapper had to deal with police and was arrested for illegal possession of a firearm.

Roddy is now in custody. He was stopped at a checkpoint before the Queens festival and a loaded firearm was found in his car, with which he planned to sneak into the show.

The Cooped Up rapper was arrested along with several other people who were in the car. Roddy was charged with 4 counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device and unlawful possession of the device, TMZ writes.
