Scientists unveil image of huge black hole at Milky Way's center

What a hole! Scientists showed the center of Milky Way
The Event Horizon Telescope is a global network of observatories working collectively.

The monstrous black hole hiding at the center of our Milky Way galaxy was revealed on image by Event Horizon Telescope.

The first ever pictured black hole was shown in 2019 by EHT. Nowadays scientist claim they imaged supermassive black hole - called Sagittarius A*, or SgrA* - in center of our galaxy.

Sagittarius A* possesses 4 million times the mass of our sun and is located about 26,000 light-years - the distance light travels in a year, 5.9 trillion miles (9.5 trillion km) - from Earth, Reuters reports.
