Sir Elton John denied health problems and explained why he was sitting in a wheelchair
Elton John reassured fans alarmed by his health condition. They were excited to learn about the singer's wheelchair movement.
''I want to thank all my fans for reaching out to ask about my health, after the tabloids ran a silly story about my “looking frail” in a wheelchair. The true story is that I’m in top health, loving my shows and playing and singing at my very best. I give 100% every night and never want to disappoint, especially after everyone has waited so long to get back to seeing shows,'' he wrote on social media.
After one such 2.5-hour concert, colleagues offered him to sit in a wheelchair at Leipzig airport. They were worried that it would be difficult for him to overcome the path to the ramp, since one part of the airport was closed at that time.
