'Skims' accused of photoshopping models: Tyra Banks defends Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian was accused of photoshopping the models in the latest Skims ad. One of the models was 50-year-old Tyra Banks, who had not worked as a model for many years.
Along with Tyra, Heidi Klum, Alessandra Ambrosio and Candice Swanepoel also starred in the Skims "Icons" ad. Fans think that Banks is beautiful without edits. In addition, they recalled that Skims positions itself as a body-positive lingerie brand.
Although Skims has not officially commented on the photoshop allegations, Tyra Banks has come to the defense of Kim Kardashian. She did not deny the "weight loss in photoshop", but spoke enthusiastically about this advertising campaign, writes Page Six.
"This is something I've been talking about for decades," she said.
