The long-awaited Top Gun: Maverick dropped an action-packed new trailer featuring Tom Cruise. This story is about Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, who signs up to train a new generation of pilots.
In the sequel, Tom Cruise and Val Kilmer reprise their roles from the 1986 film. It is also known that Miles Teller, Jennifer Connelly and Jon Hamm will be in this film.
Nme quotes the official synopsis, ''Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell (Tom Cruise) is where he belongs, pushing the envelope as a courageous test pilot and dodging the advancement in rank that would ground him''.
