'We were wrong': Prince Philip was angry about Meghan Markle, royal author claims
Prince Philip changed his mind about Meghan Markle after Megxit. Top royal expert Christopher Andersen claims the late Duke of Edinburgh was angry about decision of Prince Harry and his wife to quit the Royal Family.
The author of Brothers and Wives: Inside the Private Lives of William, Kate, Harry and Meghan says Prince Philip went straight to the Queen after he learned about public announcement. Duke of Edinburgh was furious Harry and Meghan didn’t inform the Royal Family first.
He shouted to the Queen about lack of respect. Christopher Andersen says the late Prince Philip was “deeply hurt, spitting blood”. He had a warm relationship with Meghan but after Megxit he was pretty disappointed.
According to the Mirror, after that Duke of Edinburgh said to his aid, “We were wrong about her”.
