She lost 7kg for 3 weeks by cutting out sugar and carbohydrates while rising workout. Dr Deborah Salvatore, from Long Island University, warned this diet could lead to a weight gain after end of food restriction.
"Eliminating carbs can often lead to people feeling, lightheaded, fatigued, and have difficulty concentrating," added Laura Feldman, professor at Long Island University in New York, Fox news reported.
