Will Smith comments on his suspension from Academy events for 10 years
The actor accepted this decision and did not challenge it.
Will Smith commented on The Board of Governors' decision to suspend him from all Academy events for the next 10 years. The actor is not going to challenge him.
"I accept and respect the Academy's decision," he said to Page Six.
Smith spoke of the decision just minutes after it was announced. It is clarified that Will will not lose the last Oscar award, and will not be subject to a cancellation procedure.
