The organization said it never received the $3.5 million from the actress.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) said that Amber Heard donated much less to the organization than she promised. Instead of $3.5 million, ACLU received $1.3 million, writes TMZ.

At the same time, the head of the ACLU, Terence Dougherty, even states that the organization received only 350 thousand dollars directly from Amber, and the rest of the donations received were from Johnny Depp and even the Elon Musk Foundation, whom Heard met in 2018.

When Amber was divorcing Johnny Depp, she announced that she would split $7 million between the ACLU and Los Angeles Children's Hospital. However, she has a few more years to fulfill her promise. However, the ACLU bosses doubt this, and sue Amber.
