Andy Dick released from jail on bail after sexual assault charges
He has not yet been formally charged.
Andy Dick is out of jail after being arrested for sexually assaulting an unnamed man. Andy posted a portion of his bail, just 10 percent of his assigned $25,000 bail.
Dick, 56, has not yet been formally charged, as the district attorney believes the Orange County Sheriff's Department should investigate further. Andy Dick's trial is scheduled for Aug. 10.
However, if the DA's office never charges him after the investigation, the case will be dismissed, Page Six writes.
