A singer’s attorney claims Britney is safe.

Britney Spears’s first husband Jason Alexander's been booked for trespassing, vandalism and 2 batteries after he struggled with the singer’s security. He wanted to crash her wedding.

Moreover, Alexander also has felony warrant for larceny in another county, and he remains in custody.

Britney Spears’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, was absolutely livid after his interruption and said the bride is safe.

"I am personally working with the sheriff's department to ensure Mr. Alexander is aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law," he told TMZ.
