'Good Morning Britain' meteorologist Alex Beresford marries girlfriend after blind date

Good Morning Britain meteorologist Alex Beresford has announced that he is engaged to Imogen McKay. For almost two years, he carefully concealed a relationship with a girl he met on a blind date, writes Metro.

Alex, 41, has already proposed to Imogen, 29, who works as an executive at an Australian company. He gave her a ring in Majorca, where the couple went to celebrate the New Year.

It's funny that a friend arranged a blind date for Alex — while he said that the meteorologist hardly had a chance, since "she's way too good for him."
